  2. Wow. Hard to believe agents are not practicing scripts. Great advice. I am assuming you find these scripts at the brokerage where you hang your shingle or are they in your coaching program? I am enrolled in RE school but have not started classes yet. Thanks to anyone who wants to reply.

  4. Oh my gosh! This is exactly what I kept asking my mentor for. I was told that I worried too much about what to say or how to act. After signing with my broker, I went through all of their mandatory classes, open house certification class, team meetings, broker caravans, learned the MLS, hosted open houses, and designed my marketing strategies.
    I knew scripts were important. I suggested to the office administrator that they have a script class. I was told that that was a good idea…
    I was made to feel special during the licensing process, but after signing with that brokerage, I was just another agent.
    I think it is time to look for another brokerage.
