  1. Word from the wise. Dont fall for this "I hate a 9 to 5 job" pitch. This is reality. The most wealthiest CEO's, Doctors, Realtors, Health professionals, Architects, etc work a 9 to 5 job every day. There is absolutely nothing WRONG with that. SURGEONS work 5am to 8pm jobs. Yes it sucks…..THEY MAKE MILLIONS.

I think it's really easy for a new home salesman who has been selling homes for a builder to get a real estate license and be profitable right away because he already has contacts and he are she has sold these people a house brand new. so when they get ready to resell they will call him but if you don't have that experience with the builder. if you are a people's person it's all about personality and how people perceive you.. and want to do business with you I've seen some shity agents have some fabulous listings such as million dollar houses $500,000 houses and an educated smart agent who speaks real proper and just straight about business we won't have that many clients .😏

  3. Hi this video is great I am trying to become one now I am a car salesmen at huge dealership and I'm in the top 10 salesmen for last year with 200 cars sold from me but it's not very rewarding i want to jump this game in real state but I'm of the beginning with living cost
